Job responsibilities
- run full recruitment cycle
- maintain and update/ replenish "Job ads library"
- employer branding activities, cooperation with Universities etc
- take part in the newcomers on-boarding and adaptation process
- participate in the organization of various internal events and activities
- maintain company's intranet and internal information libraries up-to-date (Atlassian Confluence, MS Teams)
- review & update internal HR processes according to the current situation in the country/company
- participate in staff training organization
We expect
- an energetic, positive-thinking person able to suggest new ideas and be pro-active in their work
- at least 1 year experience in a similar position
- full working proficiency in English oral/written, very good Latvian and Russian language skills
- higher education in HR, Business administration or a similar field
- knowledge/understanding of Latvian labor law
- excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- work experience in a multicultural corporate environment could be considered as advantage
