We are looking for part-time Support Specialists to join our Global Sportway Support team at Riga. As a Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include monitoring live sport games taken place in Europe, providing customer service via e-mail and cooperation with sport federations, clubs and venues. You will do well if you have technical thinking skills and desire to develop and learn. Fluent level of English is required.

 

Fixed-term part-time Support Specialist: You will be working 8-10 hour shifts on weekends, when most sporting events take place. Shifts may extend into late evening hours. The work typically follows a rotating schedule, where you work two consecutive weekends followed by one weekend off. The position is based at our Riga office, and remote work is not possible.

 

Job starting time: We will fill the position as soon as we find the right candidates. Fixed term contract until end of April 2026.
