By joining the TWINO Investment team as a 
 
Customer support specialist 
you will support TWINO clients with all questions about the platform. You will work with the TWINO technical support team to ensure high communication standards to TWINO clients. If you havegenuine interest and passion to take customer experience to the next level, we have the perfect job for you! 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, or Finance 
  • Experience in Customer Support in a relavant field 
  • Knowledge in product lines including CFD, equities, options and etc is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in relevant field 
  • Motivated, self-starter, who is able to collaborate effectively and efficiently 
  • Strong sense of urgency when it comes to supporting a resolution 
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment 
  • Orientation on customer service and very high standards of customer service 
  • Very good Latvian and English language skills. German is a plus 

Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the opening of new client accounts 
  • Answering and communicating with clients via email and chat 
  • Support clients in all questions about the platform 
  • Collaborate with other members of the team on common projects and provide back-up to other Client Service Associates when necessary 
  • Proactively seek ways to identify customer pain points and address them accordingly 
  • Support the project management endeavors of the organization 
  • Work together with technical support and Compliance/ AML team to resolve clients internal problems in the platform.

We offer good and competitive terms of employment, an exciting employee benefits program, and a competitive remuneration package. The salary range for this position varies from 1 700- 1 900 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
