The purpose

Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the cloud infrastructure is efficient, secure, and meets the needs of the customers.

Who you are

You have proven experience as a System Administrator
You have strong knowledge of network and system administration, including hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
You have acquired excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You have built strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You have very good command of spoken and written English and Latvian

What you can bring to the team

You will oversee and maintain Primend's customer's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
You will Implement and manage network security measures to protect against potential threats.
You will Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
You will provide technical support and training to Primendians as needed.
You will continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements to existing systems.
You have relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortigate, Mikrotik, Ubiquity etc) are a plus.
It would be a plus if you have basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell and/or experience of Azure
You have B-category drivers license
