The purpose

As the User Support Team Lead, you will be ensuring the availability and quality of Primend's customer service by effectively managing and supporting the User Support team. Your team will consist of User Support Specialists, Admins and Technical Coordinator together you follow our core focus to simplify IT for mid-size businesses every day. 

Who you are

  • You have experience in team leadership and customer service management
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
  • You have managed critical situations and improved processes in your previous roles
  • You are systematic, with good time-management skills and you can set priorities
  • You have excellent English (verbal and written communication, negotiations and business correspondence)

What you bring to our team

  • Motivation and Development: Support, motivate, and develop team members
  • Provide support and training to team members; find mentors within the team for additional knowledge acquisition.
  • Plan and organize team tasks and on-site visits.
  • Ensure service availability and assess quality daily. Ensure an even workload for team members, reassign existing tasks, and give new tasks; notice tasks with higher complexity and provide relevant consultation (escalate if necessary).
  • Analyze tickets for efficiency and share feedback.
  • Lead in critical situations and resolve incidents.
  • Prepare customer service reviews and ticket analyses.
  • Suggest improvements for internal processes.
