Job Brief

We are seeking a talented Analytics Engineer to work with Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and Power BI to transform data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable data models, write and optimize SQL queries, and develop efficient data pipelines using Fabrics lakehouse capabilities. You will also create impactful visualizations in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your skills in data engineering and analytics to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Provide ad hoc data to end users with use of SQL, Python and Power BI
Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows.
Design and implement robust ETL processes to integrate data from diverse sources.
Ensure data integrity, security, and quality across platforms.
Collaborate with data analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
Manage cloud-based data services, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in data systems.
Create documentation for data workflows, schemas, and operational processes.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL).
Knowledge of best practices in data security.
Having experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Russian with excellent communication skills.
