Qualifications:

We are looking for a responsible and handy person to improve and maintain technical and visual conditions in the building, assist Office Management in different requests as well as take over all physically heavy duties.

At least secondary education
Basic knowledge of English and Russian language good knowledge of Latvian, language
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good communication ability
High sense of responsibility
Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Key Responsibilities:

Transporting and carrying goods or equipment
Fixing minor defects, identifying and reporting the need for major repairs
Dismantles, installs, and repairs furniture when needed
Performs manual repairs when necessary
Building inspection
Coee machine cleaning and maintenance
Checking and ensuring vending machines and other oce equipment are working, arrange technical maintenance if required
Supervise EA additional orders and report technical issues
Maintaining the storage units and keeping them in order
Coordinate external supplier works in Evolution Latvia buildings
JIRA ticket monitoring
Other tasks provided by the direct manager
