We are looking for a sharp, smart, and curious individual, a Flight Operations Administrator, who lives and breathes aviation, knows that the Earth rotates (and why that matters for a 787 flight plan), and understands the behind-the-scenes work that keeps flight operations running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that our internal documentation is accurate, useful, and up to date, not just made to exist, but made to make sense. You'll be the go-to person for regulations, document management, and operational clarity across the department. We're looking for someone ready to hit the ground running, so experience in aviation is essential.
