Are you passionate about travel and eager to provide exceptional service to fellow explorers? As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the face of Norse Atlantic Airways, ensuring travelers have a smooth and memorable journey. You'll handle customer inquiries and provide top-tier service across various communication channels

This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work alongside passionate colleagues and gain firsthand insight into how delivering excellent customer service contributes to the success of a global airline.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, empathetic attitude;
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through various communication channels;
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints;
  • Work closely with ground handlers at stations to address any customer-related issues;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • Support ground handlers at stations with customer related questions.

What We're Looking For:

Were looking for someone with a passion for customer service, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to making every interaction count.

Youll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Can quickly adapt to using airline operations software;
  • Are a problem solver who can think on your feet;
  • Have a positive mindset can do attitude;
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English;
  • Have the flexibility to work shifts, including nighttime;
  • Thrive working in a team environment;
  • Knowledge in a Scandinavian language, French, Italian or German is an advantage.

Required experience
  • Experience in work related to customer experience is an advantage.

  • Monthly salary ranging from 1400 - 1700 EUR (Gross), based on candidate experience, plus additional compensation for night shifts and work on national holidays;
