ECU Worldwide expands the services in Latvia, therefore we are currently looking for:

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Processing of customer´s orders and booking of cargo at ECU offices and agents;
Shipment delivery arrangements and planning;
Entry of documents/information into the system;
Invoicing to agents and clients;
Communication with ocean carriers, clients and agents;
Quotes and tariff distribution to customers.

Role Requirements:

We are seeking applicants with at least 1 year experience at an LCL consolidator or freight forwarder;
Good communication skills and customer service oriented;
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communications;
Strong work ethics with high level of responsibility;
Fluent in Latvian and English (required for business correspondence).
