The purpose
Cloud and Infrastructure Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that the cloud infrastructure is efficient, secure, and meets the needs of the customers.
Who you are
- You have proven experience as a System Administrator
- You have strong knowledge of network and system administration, including hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
- You have acquired excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You have built strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You have very good command of spoken and written English and Latvian
What you can bring to the team
- You will oversee and maintain Primend's customer's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- You will Implement and manage network security measures to protect against potential threats.
- You will Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- You will provide technical support and training to Primendians as needed.
- You will continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements to existing systems.
- You have relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Fortigate, Mikrotik, Ubiquity etc) are a plus.
- It would be a plus if you have basic to intermediate scripting knowledge and skills with PowerShell and/or experience of Azure
- You have B-category drivers license
