Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent by designing talent management programs and strengthening our employer brand.
- Drive employee engagement by implementing impactful communication, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Lead HR operations across the Baltic region, ensuring efficiency, compliance with local labor laws, and consistent implementation of HR policies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to top management, offering insights and solutions to support business priorities and organizational change.
- Foster long-term partnerships with schools, universities, and other institutions to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Champion change management initiatives, helping the organization adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Measure and report on HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to create impactful talent acquisition campaigns and strengthen employee value propositions.
- Lead and mentor the HR team in each Baltic country, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR leader with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and legal requirements in the Baltic region.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-location environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Latvian language.
