Global Business Process Specialist Finance (Cross-Functional Processes Plan to Deliver)

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Services & Solutions Center in Riga.
As the Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Finance Cross-Functional Processes, you will:
- actively pursue the implementation of the end-to-end Business Process Management strategy with specific focus on the area of the Intercompany flow of goods and services across the Roche Group (i.e. Transfer Pricing process)
- be responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design within Plan to Deliver Finance as your focus business process area within the Finance X-Functional organization
- be the empowered decision maker for your area across divisions and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the Global Business Process Manager (GBPM).
- work closely with E2E GBPM & GBPS network, RSS Ops, ASPIRE and stakeholders across the Roche Group to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions
Who you are:
- You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education.
- 3-7 years professional experience, preferably with a focus on Business Process Management, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Intercompany Supply Chain or Taxes (relevant areas)
- Business fluency in English
- Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for the dedicated area
- Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, BW or other reporting solutions, general and/or management accounting practices
- Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
- Proven customer-centric mindset (internal & external)
- Good change management and conflict management skills and experience
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
