Responsibilities:

Accounting Functions:

Assume ownership of specific accounting processes;
Verify the accuracy of transactions within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX);
Engage in communication with outsourced bookkeepers, utilizing both English and Russian languages;
Engage in extensive work with Microsoft Excel.

Controlling & Reporting:

Ensure the integrity of various data sources;
Perform data analysis using internal IT tools;
Participate in both internal and external audit processes;
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal organizational documents, policies, and procedures related to the role.

What we expect:

A higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles;
Profound knowledge of general accounting principles;
Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to efficiently handle large volumes of data as Excel will be extensively utilized;
Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian (due to specific international clients)
Demonstrated high accuracy and proficiency with numbers;
A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and a commitment to task completion;
Exceptional sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills
