What You Will Do:

•  Monitoring fraudulent card transactions during night hours.
• Processing card transaction disputes.
• Solving typical cases and daily issues ranging from low to mid-complexity.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by your direct or functional manager.
• Providing high-quality services efficiently according to the SLA, covering one or several products in the functional area.
• Contributing to team and company success through effective collaboration, energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Please note: that you will work during night and day shifts.

What We Expect: 

•  A foundational knowledge of card processes and systems.
• The ability to navigate high volumes of data with systemic thinking.
  
• Excellent customer service skills and orientation.
• The capability to independently organize your daily workflow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Latvian, along with good English for verbal and written communication.
