IT Business Analyst
Wandoo Finance is hiring an IT Business Analyst to:

About the job:
Business requirements in Fintech change all the time. They can get fuzzy, unclear, overwhelming. That is where you come into play! You take all of this and carefully transform it into something tangible, nice, easy to use. The requirement documents both IT and business can read and understand. And use it later on their own.
You like to go deep into details and explain things. Discuss a complex backend logic with a developer? No problem! Chat about high level things with business folks? Easy. You really enjoy doing it all. And continuously grow your expertise. Every day.
What about writing a little query? To extract some data, process it and get something out of it? If you have it, it is a nice bonus. If not, no worries, you will have the opportunity to learn it here.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical tasks and effectively communicate these to the IT development team
- Develop comprehensive functional requirements, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and detailed design specifications
- Create and maintain internal documentation, manuals, and specifications to support system and process clarity
- Participate in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system monitoring capabilities, identify potential issues, and increase the overall value delivered to customers
The requirements for the role:
- •Some experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Quality Assurance
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in both technical and user-friendly language
- Strong technical writing skills
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is considered an advantage
- Higher education in IT, Economics, Mathematics or similar
