We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication & Content Lead to drive our brand voice, content strategy, and external communication, particularly within the sports and entertainment industry. As a key member of Latvias Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, strengthening our external communication, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The gross monthly salary for this position starts from €2,500 depending on experience and qualifications.

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

• Strong storytelling, editorial, and copywriting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Latvian and English (other languages are a plus).

• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, public relations, and media outreach is an advantage.

• Budget planning and financial management experience for content and communication projects.

• Proficiency in CMS, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals, managing brand storytelling through influencers, partnerships, and media relationships to boost visibility and engagement.

• Oversee influencer marketing, including planning, costs, legal, and performance tracking, while creating and managing content for websites, social media, press releases, and advertising, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, product, etc.) on communication strategies and campaigns, analyzing content performance and recommending optimizations based on data.

• Manage communications for events, partnerships, and brand activities, while handling internal and external communications in collaboration with HR for employer brand initiatives, employee events, and more.

• Support crisis communication and reputation management, while controlling the content budget, negotiating with vendors, and tracking expenditures to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
