- Lead and mentor the HR team in each Baltic country, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR leader with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and legal requirements in the Baltic region.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-location environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Latvian language.
